OrdersThis website illustrates samples of the designs that I currently make, however, as all items are handmade by me no two pieces will ever be completely identical. Equally, because my work is all made by hand the colours used and, for example, chain/collar sizes of most items can usually be made to suit the individual purchaser.
In most cases items will be made and dispatched within 21 days of receipt of order and payment, the current estimated delivery date being notified at the point of ordering. Payment may be made by cheque or Paypal. In the case of cheque payments however, the payment must be fully cleared before the item is sent out.
All items are delivered in attractive branded gift boxes bearing the Reckless Necklace logo and are accompanied by a postcard showing the work of the designer maker.
Where the item is being sent as a gift, I am happy to additionally gift wrap the item in co-ordinating tissue and to include a short typewritten message from the purchaser at no extra charge.
Returns
I hope that you will be 100% happy with your order from me. If for any reason, however, you wish to return an item please do so, prior to wearing it and within 10 days of receipt, in its original box, and by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Then, provided the item is in perfect condition I will issue a full refund. The cost of the return delivery is not refundable.
Not for under 3's
Due to the small components used in my work my jewellery is not suitable for young children, specifically those under 3 years of age.
